A new and excellent service for Twitterers. Twtpoll is a super simple servicce with which you can create surveys quickly and share via Twitter. The service will generate a URL which you can share on Twitter or Facebook, as well as an address where you can see directly the results of the survey.
It is worth mentioning that PollDaddy which was acquired by Automattic offers a similar service, but I think Twtpoll much simpler.
