If you are up to date with the search engine arena, you should have learned that Bing, the new Microsoft search engine, is generating a lot of noise and apparently it can be a good competition to Google. However, since search engine is not very “old” , there are still a lot of sites that are not indexed

If you want to accelerate the process of indexing your site in Bing, the process is quite simple and consists of a few step.
1. Join the Bing webmaster site (the equivalent of Google Webmaster Tools). You need a Windows Live account to sign in (if you have hotmail, enter your username and password).
2. Enter the URL of your page and the address of your XML sitemap
3. Then you have to verify that indeed you are the owner of the page. You have two options: raising an XML file to your server or adding a meta tag verification. Choose the option that you feel is easiest.
4. Once validated, you will see many extra details on your page as the number of pages in your site indexed by Bing, links to your site, navigation problems identified, and so on.
And that’s all. It is super simple.
